All tools are provided on a best-effort basis and may be updated or improved at any time.

2. Account Responsibilities

To use most features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

3. How Our Email Migration Works (Important)

We respect your privacy and handle credentials carefully.

Do you store my email password or emails?
No.

  • Credentials are used only to connect to your IMAP servers
  • Messages transfer directly from source → destination
  • We do not store your passwords
  • We do not store your email content on our servers

Data passes through secure connections only for the time needed to complete the migration or task.

We recommend using app passwords or temporary credentials when possible for extra security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Perform illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Abuse or overload our infrastructure
  • Violate the rights or privacy of others

If we detect misuse, we may immediately suspend or permanently block your access without notice.

5. Credits and Payments

Our platform operates on a credits-based, pay-as-you-go model.

  • Each tool includes one free test
  • After the free test, runs require credits
  • Credits must be purchased in advance
  • Pricing may change at any time for future purchases

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as stated in the refund policy below.

6. Refund Policy

Please review carefully before purchasing credits.

Used Credits

  • Credits that have been used are not refundable

Once a tool run starts and credits are consumed, the service is considered delivered.

Unused Credits

  • You may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method only

Examples:

  • If you paid with credit card via Stripe, the refund goes back to the same card
  • If you paid using PayPal, the refund goes back to your PayPal account

After 7 days, unused credits are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or policy violations.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Network issues
  • Third-party provider outages
  • Security events

We are not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime.
